The Given Form is only for manufacturing on Job Work / permit basis and / or to register as a supplier. After scrutinizing the application, the decision to order supply or job work after registration is to be taken by the Corporation alone. The Corporation understands that registration does not entitle the institution to receive or claim any supply orders & we will not make such claims.

The Corporation as a manufacturer may use its own name mark & name on the goods which are not bearing the institution's trade mark on the product on the basis of job work / approval from artisans and on the goods supplied after complete production. The terms & conditions of the supply order which may be received from the Corporation from time to time shall be binding on us and we may reject the supply order if we do not agree with them.

In case of registration as a supplier of the board and / or working on approval basis, there is a possibility that the institution will get the work from the corporation only on job work / approval basis or complete production & supply of goods. No guarantee will be given in this regard. The institution is aware that mere registration does not create any other legal relationship with the Corporation.

It is understood that the institution’s application will not be considered if insufficient information, required documents are not submitted.If the artisans are registered through this application, the registration will be valid for one year from the date of registration.

Footwear & Leather producer workers should be compulsorily from Charmakar community.
Applicants should fill the Supplier Registration Form & sign it only after confirmation.
Partially filled or Overwrite form cannot be accepted.
